I’m New

So what kind of church is Village Bible?
We’re disciples of Jesus, saved by faith and united in service to the Kingdom of God! We’re focused on developing fully-devoted disciples of Jesus Christ and our core values are witnessing, building, and equipping for multiplication.
We’re glad you’re here…you’ve come to the right place…make yourself at home!

That’s how we feel about everyone who checks out our website or visits us in person. It comes from our own personal experiences of being welcomed into the family of faith. So we’re just regular people living in the grace and love of God…trying to grow together in Christ and be His faithful representatives in the world today!

You probably want to visit on a Sunday morning. That would be great! We offer Sunday school groups for all ages at 9:00 am including nursery and toddler care. Our worship service is at 10:15 am and also offers nursery/toddler care and Children’s Church during the sermon portion of the service unless parents choose to keep their children with them. Kids “worship bags” are provided, too! Between Sunday school and worship there’s time for a beverage and fellowship and, if you’d like, a tour of the church!
Having been welcomed in God’s family by faith in His Son, we’ve been united into a ministry family by our common dependence on the Holy Spirit who works in us so we can love and serve and make everyone feel at home.

Do you need to find a place where you’re welcome? Do you need to find a place where you can become part of a community of faith – a family of faith – that really values loving and serving…where it’s more about our relationships – with God and each other – than being “religious”. Do you share our desire to make an eternal difference in people’ lives for the sake of the Kingdom?

Stop by and see us. We’re at 1591 Forest Hills Blvd. in Bella Vista, AR. Give me a call or email for more information. We love to meet new folks here and make them feel welcome!

What we do

You’ve gotten this far, so maybe you’d like to know more about us. Great!
Our 10:15 a.m. worship service music is what is typically referred to as “blended”. That means we love to sing a combination of the great classic hymns and the best of some of the new and classic worship and praise music. The emphasis is on music that helps us connect to God to worship Him and to “set the stage” for the message that Sunday.
Our pastor usually uses PowerPoint and bulletin notes – and sometimes video, with his teaching to help everybody get something out of the Bible that applies to life. It’s not boring. It’s not fluffy. It’s honest, to the point, interesting and relevant. Worship usually runs about an hour to an hour fifteen minutes. The first Sunday each month, usually, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. All believers are welcome to participate.
Wondering how people dress for worship here? It’s quite honestly a mix of everything from very casual to traditional. We’re not especially interested in fashion; we’re more interested in meeting with God and building a strong community of faith and mission.
